The Great Pumpkin Patch

October 11, 2010 § 1 Comment

What an amazing weekend yeah? I don’t know if it helps me feel any better about winter, but it was awesome while it lasted. Thanks to Hiram’s Aunt Naomi, we were able to make the absolute most of it by visiting an (extremely busy) apple orchard and pumpkin patch in White Bear Lake

Our original idea was to let Hike pick the pumpkin. But he kept gravitating towards rotten ones—which was unacceptable on so many levels. After determining that maybe, he didn’t really care which pumpkin we picked, we decided on one that was funny shaped and the same weight as Hike.
