Hike’s Dictionary: Biskaba

May 24, 2011 § 1 Comment

Bis-ka-ba

– (noun) an orange ball which is dribbled, passed and shot towards a basket in the game of the same name. Word used to recruit mom or dad to set up the wicker basket on top of the table and cheer while Hiram throws his ball in that direction. I want to play biskaba.

 – (noun) a two or three-wheeled vehicle which is propelled manually by peddling. Word used to announce a desire for a ride and/or a sighting. Here comes a biskaba!

It makes more sense than it should, considering these are two of Hiram’s favorite things.
