One day several months ago, I was seeing Hiram and Brad off in the morning and said something like, “Bye my boys! I love you!”
Something about this meant a lot to Hiram. Since then, whenever he and Brad are doing something together, Hiram will say, “your boys are doing xxxx.” For example, my boys play with cars. My boys make french toast. One of the best ones was last week, when Hiram had this plan:
My boys should holler a song through their doot-da-doos while I play Legos.
As you can imagine, it was important that we all did our parts simultaneously. If we stopped, Hiram would get frustrated and have to re-explain the plan. In the end, I do think he was happy with the result.
Later that night we had the camera out and Hiram thought it would be a good idea to get a picture of my boys. I swear, the posing was completely orchestrated by Sir Hiram.
