e-Lew’s Dictionary: Interesting

Interesting [int(ə)rəstiNG] adjective: A Minnesota nice way of describing something that is non-standard, slightly less good and/or flat-out bad.

I burnt Eldyn’s quesadilla last week and tried to pawn it off on him anyway. He said, “This is an interesting sandwich, mama.”
